Merokeety ships the goods to 12 countries around the world, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.



Confirm
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing
It usually takes 1-4 business days to process your order, We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 

Shipping

The following is a list of the 12 countries or regions we can ship to. Please check if your country or region is on the list before placing your order.

Countries：United States; Canada; France; Germany; United Kingdom; Italy; Spain; Israel; Australia; Japan; South Korea; Singapore.

We have two options for international delivery. To have your order sooner, you can pay a little more for our expedited service, or if you are not in too much of a hurry, select our standard shippihng option and you can enjoy the special offer.

You don't need to worry about your order. It would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors (bad weather etc.) which cause delay. We do appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Chinese holiday reminder: During Chinese holidays, Such as Chinese New Year,Chinese National Day, Labour Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Qingming Festival, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-7 days.Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.

Please note:
1、Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-4 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
2、All packages have specific tracking information.
3、You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

Delivery
The tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail to you immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on Merokeety. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded. 
Please contact us within 2 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
