Delivery=Processing Time+Shipping Time
MEROKEETY employs the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing & Shipping
It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order and 10-15 days to ship your order, we will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. Please note the processing time for orders (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Click on " My Order " to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
The tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail to you immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on Merokeety. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded.
Please contact us within 1 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
